Company Identification

This page identifies the company that operates https://gptpostllm.oraglegpt.org. It is published so that customers, consumers, regulators and social platform reviewers can establish who is legally responsible for the Service without having to ask.

It is also the disclosure required by Legea nr. 365/2002 privind comerțul electronic, art. 5 (the general information an information society service provider must make permanently and directly accessible) and by Legea nr. 31/1990 privind societățile, art. 74 (the identification data a Romanian company must carry on its commercial documents, including, for a limited liability company, its share capital).

The registration can be verified independently. The trade register record is held by the Trade Register Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal and is searchable by CUI at https://portal.onrc.ro. The fiscal record is public at https://mfinante.gov.ro and through the ANAF register lookup, both by the CUI above.

We publish no personal data about the administrator beyond his name and the fact that he holds that office. Both are public facts in the trade register. Nothing else about him appears anywhere on this site.

2. Contact

Article 5 of Legea 365/2002 requires contact details that allow a recipient to reach the provider "directly and effectively". We publish one email address and one telephone number rather than a routing menu, and the email address is monitored.

We correspond as the company. We do not name individual staff in public correspondence, and no individual is named on this page other than the administrator, whose name is a matter of public record.

Language. You may write to us in Romanian or in English. We answer in the language you write in.

3. VAT and tax identification

The company is NOT registered for VAT. Verified against the ANAF public register on 2026-08-09 (scpTVA: false). Its fiscal identification code is 53596703, with no RO prefix.

Because the company is not registered for VAT, invoices it issues carry no VAT and show no VAT identification number. Its fiscal identification code is the CUI above, without the RO prefix that a VAT-registered Romanian company would carry. The competent fiscal authority is the Administrația Sector 4 a Finanțelor Publice.

If the company becomes registered for VAT, this page is updated before any invoice showing VAT is issued.

4. Regulated activity and authorisations

The company's principal activity is CAEN 6210, Computer programming activities, custom software (CAEN Rev. 3, code 6210). This is not a regulated profession in Romania and it is not subject to a prior authorisation regime, so the disclosures required by art. 5 lit. f) and lit. g) of Legea 365/2002 (the competent authorising authority, and professional title and professional body for a regulated profession) do not apply.

The company does not provide financial, legal, medical, accounting or any other regulated professional service, and holds no licence in a regulated profession. Nothing published by the company is professional advice.

5. Who provides the Service at this address

TRIIVON S.R.L. is the provider of the Service offered at https://gptpostllm.oraglegpt.org. Your contract is with TRIIVON S.R.L.. It is the company you pay, the company you claim against, and the data controller for your account.

We want to be exact about one thing rather than let you infer it. The same underlying software, and the same servers, also serve a separate deployment published at oraglegpt.org by a different company, GPT LLM ORAGLE Ltd. Liability Co., under the different product name GPTpost. The two are separate legal entities. This page speaks only for TRIIVON S.R.L., and TRIIVON S.R.L. does not offer, endorse or take responsibility for that other deployment. If you reached this page from there, note that you would be contracting with a different company.

The application endpoint, stated as an open question rather than an assertion. The software runs at https://app.oraglegpt.org, which is shared infrastructure. Whether a TRIIVON S.R.L. contract is served from that endpoint, or from a deployment still to be established on this host, is not settled, and we will not print a guess. Everything promised in this corpus is anchored on https://gptpostllm.oraglegpt.org, which is unambiguously ours. Before you rely on a particular application address, ask at contact@oraglegpt.org and we will tell you what the position is.

What we are not stating, because it has not been established: we do not assert here that the two companies are related, that either owns or controls the other, or that either is the other's agent, reseller or licensee. If you need to know the commercial arrangement between them, ask at contact@oraglegpt.org and we will tell you what it is rather than let this page imply something it does not know.

6. Responsibility for content

The company is responsible for the content of the pages it publishes at https://gptpostllm.oraglegpt.org.

Content you publish is yours. GPTpostLLM is a tool that customers use to compose and publish their own content to their own social media accounts. Content created, scheduled or published by a customer is that customer's content and that customer's responsibility. Our rules on what may be published through the Service are in Acceptable Use Policy, and our notice and takedown process is in Copyright and Takedown Policy.

External links. Where our pages link to a third-party site we do not control it and are not responsible for its content. We check links when we publish them.

7. Intellectual property

The software, the interface, the documentation and the contents of these pages are owned by the company or licensed to it, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Rights not expressly granted in Terms of Service are reserved.

The names and logos of the social platforms the Service connects to belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those platforms. Their use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation. The company is not affiliated with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, X, Pinterest, Reddit, Snap or any other platform named in the product.

Romanian law governs, and the Romanian courts have jurisdiction, as set out in Terms of Service. Nothing in that clause removes the mandatory protections a consumer has under the law of the country where the consumer is resident.

10. Language

English is the default language of this site. The Romanian version at /legal/ro/imprint is a complete equivalent, not a summary, and it is the version that prevails in dealings with consumers. The reason, and the exact rule, are in Terms of Service.
