Published in English and Romanian. Both versions are complete. English is the default; the Romanian version at /legal/ro/ prevails in dealings with consumers. The rule and the reason are in Terms of Service.

2. What the Service can and cannot do
Read this before anything else, because it sets the boundary of every other promise on this site.
GPTpostLLM composes content and publishes it to the social accounts you connect, on a schedule. Every connector is publish-only. The Service cannot read your comments, mentions or messages; cannot fetch analytics or insights from any platform; and cannot like, repost, edit, delete or moderate anything on any platform, including posts it published itself.
The Service sends no email. There is no mail-sending capability in the application.
The Service processes no payments. There is no payment processor and no card data is ever collected.
Only Facebook, Instagram, Threads and TikTok can be connected by OAuth here. Bluesky, Telegram, Discord and WordPress connect with a credential you paste. Snapchat performs identity sign-in only. Other providers listed in the catalogue cannot be connected on this deployment.

We publish one address rather than a set of role mailboxes that would route to the same place. It is monitored, and we answer in Romanian or English, whichever you write in.

We do not link the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, because it was discontinued on 20 July 2025 when Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 repealed Regulation (EU) No 524/2013.
